Struggling to get up out of bed, grinding through each day and constantly finding that despite your hardest efforts, you just can’t seem to get ahead, can make you feel like it’s all just too much.

Low self esteem and depression can make it impossible to look at yourself in the mirror and believe that there is something better for you.

As teachers we have both had the opportunity to work with literally thousands of people. Through building relationships with these people, it became obvious to us that there were some significant differences between successful people, and those who struggle on a day-to-day basis.
